We treat all our properties as if they were our own. Most of our properties are fully managed which means if you have a problem it will be fixed swiftly and efficiently, plus you don't run the risk of your landlord not looking after you properly.
If you have a maintenance problem just send us an email and we will guarantee a response within 24 hours (normally same day). If you prefer to contact us by phone we are available from 7am - 10pm and we even have a 24 hour emergency line for out of hours. We have an in house team that will locate and try to fix the problem on the same day along with a bank of local contactors/ engineers who know how all our properties work so you will never need to worry when or if the problem will be solved.

We understand that our tenants need to view properties in the evening and we are therefore available until 10pm every evening - later than any other agent in the city centre! We aim to find you your ideal property as soon as possible and then make the moving in process as quick and stress free as possible. We will take care of notifying the utility companies and city council when you move in so you can relax and enjoy your new home.
